How does the discount code work?

Add the products that you'd like to purchase to your shopping cart - keep in mind, your discount will not be subtracted from the price yet. Proceed to checkout, and as soon as you get to the page on which you give your information you'll notice the "Gift Card or Discount Code" field. Enter the code in the box provided and the amount will be discounted from your order! Coupons are one use per purchase and cannot be used in combination with other rewards points or discount codes., Unless stated otherwise, coupons are one use per customer.

My discount code won't work, what should I do?

A discount code can be applied at Checkout. If your code is not working, please contact our customer service team via Facebook anytime or call us Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (Eastern). Please note that all coupon codes only have one use per customer, so if you have used this code before, it will not work. Only one coupon code can be used per purchase and cannot be used in combination with any other discounts, rewards points or deals. Many of our codes also have expiry dates, please check the terms of your code in the email in which you received it.

I didn't get a confirmation email, what should I do?

If after 3 - 4 business days you still have not received a confirmation, please contact our customer service team via Facebook anytime or call us Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm (Eastern). Our team can verify the email address and ensure you receive a confirmation email.

When will I receive my order?

Your parcel will arrive approximately within 3 - 14 business days in Ontario, 7 - 14 business days in Canada, and 7 - 14 business days in the United States. Please note that there may additional delays to your order due to current postal service delays in Canada. Shipments are sent via UPS and Canada Post.

How do I create an account?

Select the Account button at the top of the page and scroll to ‘Register Now’. Complete the relevant fields and select ‘Create My Account’. An activation email will be sent to the email address you registered with. Select ‘Activate Account’ and create a password for your new account. Once you have created your account you’re able to login via the Account button at the top of the page.

Why should I create an account?

Once you’ve created an account, the next time you visit earthsafe, you can save time at checkout by logging into your account. This will prefill your address information at the checkout.

How do I edit my account details?

To edit your account details, login to your account via the button at the top of the page. To edit your address, select ‘Manage Addresses’. You can either edit the address associated with your account or delete it. If you wish to edit your address, select ‘Edit’ and complete all relevant fields before selecting ‘Update Address’.

Free Shipping 

For orders over $30 we offer free shipping within Canada. With free shipping, your parcel will arrive approximately within 1 - 2 business days in Ontario, 3-5 business days in Manitoba and Alberta, and 5 - 7 business days in the rest of Canada. During our promotions orders may be delayed by an additional 7 days. We do not currently offer free shipping to the United States.

Flat Rate Shipping

Flat rate shipping comes at a cost of $10.99, which includes handling, and is available to customers in Canada and the US. With flat rate shipping, your parcel will arrive approximately within 1 - 2 business days in Ontario, 3 - 5 business days in Manitoba and Alberta, 5 - 1 business days in the rest of Canada, and 7 - 14 business days in the United States. During our promotions orders may be delayed by up to 7 days. Shipments are sent via Canada Post and UPS.

Local Pick-Up

Customers who live in the Cambridge region in Ontario can visit our offices at Unit 5, 650 Jamieson Parkway, Cambridge ON N3C 0A5.Simply place your order online, shoot us a note in the available section of the checkout process, and we'll have it ready for you within 1 business day! Please allow longer during promotions.

How do I make an exchange or return?

Customer Account Method
Login to your customer account and click 'My Account'. Select 'Completed Orders' from the list of options displayed, and click on 'Return Items' beside the order number. Follow the on-screen instructions, which will allow you to return an entire order or certain products. An earthsafe™ Team Member will get in touch with you to finalize the return, providing you with a return authorization number, and to issue a refund on the products returned.

Telephone Method
Simply dial into our helpful customer service desk at 888-829-7165, and an earthsafe™ Team Member will be happy to assist you directly and provide you with a return authorization number.

Exchange and Refund Conditions

We will do our best to accommodate you; however, there are just a couple of conditions that must be met for the return and subsequent refund to be issued:

Products must be purchased from the earthsafe™ website. If you purchased a product that we offer from another retail outlet you must return the product to where you purchased it.

Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Products must not be over used and the packaging must not be damaged in any way.

Avaria Health & Beauty Corp. is not responsible for damages incurred during shipping.

A copy of the purchase receipt and reason for return must be included with your returned product(s).

Original shipping & handling charges are non-refundable, and cannot be returned.

Avaria Health & Beauty Corp. will not pay for return shipping charges.

Returns sent by courier will not be accepted. Parcels must be sent by mail.

Please allow up to 30 days for your return to be processed from the day you return your package. We will notify you by phone or email once we have processed your return.

Returned items are normally credited in the original form of payment.

Refunds are processed when the products have been received by the earthsafe™ warehouse.
